You know you’ve done some shameful stuff on account of being too tired…screaming about how no one loves you because someone brought home fried chicken for dinner instead your special spicy fried chicken, crying because someone deleted your Dancing with the Stars recording (and that someone turned out to be you), ordering a double meat burger with do-nuts for the bun instead of that garden salad.
I think we all know we’re better people when we get more sleep. But the effects of sleep deprivation are not limited to waking your inner kraken. Over time, not getting enough sleep has a serious impact on your health. Serious as a heart attack. Literally.
